Favorite Sony Franchise?
« on: November 06, 2015, 07:04:29 pm »
Since we already have a topic like this on the Nintendo board, I figure I would ask one here as well. Mine would probaly have to be the Jak and Daxter series(I would say Spyro, but I'm not sure if he is even a Sony franchise anymore...)

How about you guys?

I was about to write Klonoa but then I remembered the wii remake

Eeh I guess I will go with Sly Cooper/ Sly Raccoon series. I always thought the franchise was quite neat. I am interested in Jak and Daxter too, altho i never played any of the games :C

I'm mildly interested in playing some of the Shin Megami Tensei games, but game backlogs are terrible, and I don't have Sony consoles that I can use to play games to broaden my palette.

Shin Megami Tensei  are great, just as Catherine and Persona 4, they have their story and game mecanics that are okey, but Im going for Uncharted as my favorite Sony Franchise, because is like PLAYING a  theather movie, because  it have different plot on each game (is  different the situation on Uncharted 1 than in  2 and 3 and it would be different in the fourth one), but at the same each next game follows well the previous one, and in that case you can see the growing of the character.
The gameplay is simple and  the music is okay for the moments they place the music.
Btw, Talbot is one of the best enemies from all the series, because maybe Lazarevic was an stronger ****, but Talbot could run as fast or more than Nate, he have abilities as him and well, another abilities that lead him be like a silent killer if he wanted to.
