So there's going to be a Direct on the 12th. Who's hype? I know I am, though I just know it won't feel the same without Mr. Iwata.

So you must have seen the ad at the top of this page, right? You can replace that with your very own, for a price. Because not all things in life are free, and nor is running a successful forum. But you can save your money with one of these packages:

1 Day: $1

7 Days (1 Week): $6 (Save $1)

30 Days (1 Month): $20 (Save $10)

90 Days (3 Months): $60 (Save $30)

365 Days (1 Year): $250 (Save $115)

Your ad image must be 468 X 60 pixels, or the exact dimensions of the ad you see above. For 5 dollars I will make one for you. Your site must be safe for work (no **** or illegal content such as ROMs).

Payments are made to me via Paypal. PM me to discuss a plan, as I may be able to arrange a custom time period and price. Prices are negotiable but must be paid in full before the ad is put up. Up to 4 ads can run at a time  (2 at the top and 2 at the bottom). If, at any time, all ad slots are taken, "CLOSED" will be added to the topic title. It will reopen when someone's time runs out.

Non-Gaming Entertainment / Things you have nostalgia for.
« on: November 08, 2015, 06:05:24 pm »
Here, you may post things that give you nostalgia. Games are included in this, but so are other forms of entertainment.

Here's some of mine, from various parts of my childhood:

-SpongeBob SquarePants (earlier seasons)
-Barney and the Backyard Gang
-A Troll in Central Park
-Super Mario 64
-The Brave Little Toaster (all three movies)
-Super Mario World
-SpongeBob SquarePants: Supersponge/Revenge of the Flying Dutchman/Battle for Bikini Bottom/The Movie Game (GBA)
-Gumby (mainly the movie)
-NakNak figures
-Mario vs. Donkey Kong (the first one)
-Short Circuit 1 & 2
-Tom & Jerry
-Mario Kart 64 and DS
-Super Mario 64 DS
-Super Mario Galaxy (newer than the other stuff but I still have nostalgia for it)

I haven't even seen anybody who actually hates Super Paper Mario.
There aren't many around this community, but on GameFAQs there's several. One of them is on Mario RPG Boards too. I don't mind people who dislike the game, but most of them also say Sticker Star is a "huge step up" which I can't help but think is just blatantly false.'

There's also the pre-Sticker Star days, when the general consensus was that SPM was the weakest of the three.

That sounds exciting.

Well yesterday morning I had stayed up all night to prevent sleeping in, so when I returned from the Saturday activity I slept, and did not wake up until about an hour ago. I'm also depressed.

Super Paper Mario. Obviously not going to be underrated here since haters wouldn't sign up for a forum named after it. But in general I find it underrated.

I also second Wario: Master of Disguise. Haven't beaten it but damn the music is awesome. And I like that it has a decent plot.

So we've been discussing this game on MRPGB quite a bit, so here's a place on Castle Bleck to discuss it. Personally I think I'll be disappointed by this game, but I still plan to LP it on European release.

Yeah, but only if the person lists their username in this fashion:

Name: Level Name (Code)

I'll edit the OP for an example.

Submit your levels in this thread, and the OP will be updated by a staff member at least once a month, sometimes more frequently. Copy your level name and code directly from Miiverse. It should look like the example below.

Example of a submission (username is optional):

Almost every Mario game I've played has good music, even the bad ones like Sticker Star. I'd also like to draw attention to the soundtrack of SpongeBob SquarePants: Supersponge. It mostly shares the same songs across both versions, so I will post some of the PS1 songs since they're higher quality than the GBA ones.
